These Terms of Service apply to cleaning services provided by JJL Cleaning Services (“JJL”, “we”, “us”), 11170 Malayan Street, Boca Raton, FL 33428. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Estimates and booking
Estimates are free and based on the information you give us about the property size, condition and the service requested. The final price may change if the property or scope differs from what was described. A booking is confirmed once we agree on a date, time and price.
2. Rescheduling and cancellations
Please tell us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or lockouts (when our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time) may be charged as agreed in your estimate.
3. Payment
Payment is due as agreed at booking. Recurring clients are billed according to their service plan.
4. Satisfaction
If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will work with you to make it right.
5. Access, pets and valuables
You agree to give our team safe access to the property. Please secure pets and put away cash, jewelry and other valuables before the visit.
6. Damage and liability
JJL is insured. If you believe something was damaged during a service, report it to us within 24 hours with photos so we can review it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that are not properly installed or secured.
7. Safety
Our team may decline to clean areas that are unsafe, such as hazardous materials, biohazards, mold remediation or heights that need special equipment.
8. Privacy
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
